Add OpenVPN protocol and router setup guides

An easy to set up protocol on Linux machines (and therefore many routers with alternative firmware as well) is OpenVPN, but currently Seed4.Me servers seem to support only PPTP and L2TP. Adding OpenVPN support would be a nice addition.

Having setup guides for common routers and/or alternative router firmwares on your homepage would help to set things up.
